  • There are two ways units can be measured from a performance-based perspective: independently or collectively.

    Independent:
    Each team member can complete their own set of tasks or units, such as jobs, items, or outputs. Units are applied to each person individually, with minimum wage, paid breaks, deductions, and payments all automatically factored in.

    Collective:
    Teams can also complete tasks together as a group. In this case, total units are shared across the team, and pay is calculated based on each person’s worked hours as a percentage of the total. This ensures that minimum wage, paid breaks, deductions, and payments are all accounted for accurately.
